The cultural attitudes that shape the behavior of women and the way they are judged by both men and other women alike can create invisible barriers that prevent women from reaching the top of the ladder.

- Teaching skills to become self-sufficient: Teach your daughter to take responsibility for the things she is in control of. Do not overwhelm her, you should support her, but don’t do things for her.
