Meet Carina! Carina is an 18-year old Italian-Canadian singer, songwriter, recording artist, and dancer! Carina’s signature look is wearing a bow in her hair and winged eyeliner wherever she goes.”‘ like wearing a bow in my hair because I feel that it can add a lot to an outfit. I enjoy wearing winged eye-liner because I think that it works nicely with my eye shape and one of my influences, Ariana Grande, wears it too. I have definitely gotten inspiration from her trend” Some of Carina’s other musical inspirations include Ciara, Doja Cat and Dua Opal Carina has been singing and dancing ever since she was 2 years old. All of these years of performing has led her to have great opportunities in helping choreographing and developing harmonies for Girl Pow-R.

Carina also has a love for acting and playing instruments. Carina has been acting in musicals since elementary school and she has been playing/learning piano and guitar thanks to her father who is a musician and music teacher. Many of her teachers, friends and family would say that she is a very dedicated artist and easily leaves a great impression on anyone she meets! Not only has she been pursuing art in the entertainment industry for many years, she has also been a very dedicated advocate for the Give Peace A Chance Movement and Antiwar ever since she was young. One of Carina’s other musical inspirations; John Lennon, released a song called, “Give Peace A Chance” in 1969. He also released many other songs about antiwar including the well known song,”Imagine” Carina loves this song and has performed and recorded a cover of, “Imagine” in honour of her social cause.
